用于文学/正式语境

The more convoluted the explanation, the more boring it was to understand.

（解释越复杂，就越难以理解，显得越无聊。）

注意事项：

"More boring"用于两者之间的比较，而"most boring"用于三者或三者以上的比较；

该结构仅适用于单音节形容词（如boring），双音节或多音节形容词需用"less"和"least"（如less interesting）。
